The Latino Law Students Association and an immigration lawyers collective are offering a Spanish Language workshop on Friday, April 5th at 6:00PM at the University of Tulsa College of Law.

According to the group, The Spanish for Lawyers workshop offers participants the opportunity to learn basic, commonly used Spanish phrases in the legal field. Through the use of handouts and other educational materials, this workshop takes a practical approach that encourages participants to communicate more confidently with Latinx clients who may have limited English proficiency.

The event notes that participants will receive 2.5 CLE credits for attending.  Tickets can be purchased at the door or online.
