What is Juneteenth?
Juneteenth is observed on June 19 to mark the end of slavery in the United States.
In 1865, Union troops arrived in Galveston, Texas, and told the last enslaved people they were free. This came more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed by President Abraham Lincoln.
Also known as Freedom Day, Juneteenth honors Black liberation, resilience, and the fight for justice. Communities nationwide celebrate with events that uplift Black history, culture, and the ongoing pursuit of equity.

Very pleased to see the”Wealth, Wellness & More”as part of the celebration.
