From Vivett Dukes
The teaching of Critical Race Theory (CRT) is under attack in schools all over the United States.
As an educator, we don’t have to know every detail about an event or be an expert on said topic in order to hold space for our students to safely discuss their viewpoints and feelings. As a part of our training and ongoing professional development, we should be well-versed in vetting resources to present reputable information to our students to help them form, bolster, and/or negate their perspectives. We should know how to facilitate a conversation amongst our students in our classroom.
Let me be more direct: I am specifically referring to the refusal of teachers to have courageous conversations around Black Lives Matter, hate crimes against the AAPI community, and the civil unrest taking place between Israel and Palestine. This is not just the work of social studies teachers. These are human rights issues that impact us all, our students included.
Ignoring critical discussions on race is harmful to students
Opting out of these class discussions is simply not an option. It never really was, yet so many teachers, in their complacent and privileged mindsets, make conscious decisions to refrain from helping students become global citizens by teaching them critical thinking and analytical skills because it’s “too hard” or because it “doesn’t affect them” or because it’s “not a part of their content’s curriculum scope and sequence” or because — and this one especially irks me — “they don’t have the time to discuss it.”
Am I to understand that it is the sole plight of Black teachers to teach the Black experience? Asian teachers to teach the Asian experience? Palestinian and Jewish teachers to teach their experiences? Those are rhetorical questions for which I already know the answers. The racially and socio-economically divided demographics of our schools’ student bodies gave it away. The segregation in the American education system is firmly in place.
We witnessed during the Trump administrations’ reign how the Pulitzer Prize winning 1619 Project was vilified. In Smithtown, Long Island, right-wing, ultra-conservative hate groups like Save Our Schools have reared their ugly heads and raised their voices loudly to stop the teaching of systemic racism and other oppressive, colonizing entities because it is “harmful” to their almost exclusively White student population.
Some teachers appear relieved to see CRT banned
This fight to uphold white supremacist values and beliefs that perpetuate psychological, emotional, and physical violence against Black and Brown students is being played out on a national front in schools of all classifications throughout the United States. Why am I not seeing more teachers outraged by this?
My inclination is to believe that the lack of outcry is over- shadowed by the even bigger and collective exhale of teachers — White teachers — who are relieved by the denouncement of culturally relevant, responsive, and sustainable curriculum. These are teachers who have never had a desire to and who never will teach about anything not based in White privilege.
This apathetic approach to education, in my years of experience, is too often rooted in the educators own lack of learning. It’s rooted in their racist, sexist, homophobic, misogynistic, xenophobic beliefs.
If you’re an educator who has let this year go by without attending to the issues and events that matter most to our shared humanity and that directly or indirectly impact your students, their families, and their communities, then there’s no longer room for you in the proverbial inn. Exit stage left. The show is over. Your leading role has been cancelled without renewal.
Enough is enough.
Vivett Dukes is an educator and social activist.
Having been an educator over fifty years of my life, I find the teaching of Critical Race Theory to be insulting to parents who guide their children. Do we teach children why some people are homeless because they choose to. Do we teach children of the success of people with color? Do we teach children of the equality and intervention of people who labor. Why do we have to demean someone who is white and blame them for slavery that they had nothing to do with? Do we teach children how resistant people are to be productive citizens and not harm their fellow man?The author, Teacher Dukes says if you cannot support critical race theory as a teacher, you should quit. Let her evaluate her prejudice for whiteness and see how successful she will be. We are all created equil in God’s eyes.
“…someone who is white and had nothing to do with slavery?” How could that be??? Did slavery create itself, and has the residual socioeconomic, sociopolitical, and sociocultural impact, affects & effects of slavery, including the establishment and perpetuation of thoroughly racist, white-supremacist-based, public institutions (such as one of the most outstanding of all), e.g., the institution of public education — perpetuated, reinforced, and maintained themselves, or has that been done, and is it still being done by people via racist actions and/or inactions??? My question is NOT rhetorical. Do you have answers???
You are an angry person. You do realize slavery as been applied to literally every race in the world and is still in place today in many places in Asia, the middle east and Africa. It has little to do with race.
You said,, “someone who is white and had nothing to do with slavery?” How could that be???”
Howard I can tell you unequivocally that neither me nor my family have ever promoted slavery or had anything to do with it. Not only that but none of us have caused any harm to black people. So, the notion that we should feel so.e guilt over what occurred in the past to African Americans is complete none sense. You see, my people were from a central European nation where we did not have access to the sea. There was no colonization. You being an American and educated here in the USA I don’t really expect you to have any knowledge of geography or history. After all, this country raises idiots and your people have been here for a long time so…………please keep your bigoted views to yourself.
I get it that you THINK “neither [you] nor [your] family have ever had anything to do with slavery.” I’m not going to argue with you. You have two choices: 1) Stay mired in your deep-seated cognitive-dissonance-based DENIAL (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EWHoCHHWkAAVsfI.jpg ), or 2) research your own background and history, and discover what you don’t want to admit (because it’s too painful). Remember “had anything to do with” — is NOT a synonym for “ownership.”
“…none of [you] have caused any harm to black people???” Now that’s really impossible (unless of course you work against RACISM (every day and night). I couldn’t agree more that “the notion that [you] should feel guilt over what occurred in the past [and/or what is continuing to occur] to African Americans is complete none sense.” GUILT CHANGES NOTHING. Your “people were from a central European nation where [you] did not have access to the sea,” AND??? “There was no colonization” — UNTIL…. I mean, you’re NOT in Central Europe now — are you??? And your “people” have NOT been there for how many generations? Again — be honest, not necessarily with me, but with yourself. I am much more than a mere so-called “american.” I think that’s more like who YOU are. I mean — you weren’t born in central Europe —- were you??? If so — you got out of there just as fast as you could — didn’t you???The “geography or history” that I know, and care most about is that of the oldest, greatest, most minerally rich Continent on the globe. You’re right about me NOT studying central Europe. After all — there’s NOT much there to study. You’re also dead right about your assertion that “this country raises idiots (in the original sense and meaning of the term) >>> https://stuartcenter.org/resource/white-people-are-still-raised-be-racially-illiterate-robin-diangelo .

Howard, just admit you kind of respect Adolf Hitler because you like his authoritarian approach
Only if you admit that you kind of respect Léopold-Louis-Philippe-Marie-Victor, because you like his authoritarian approach. I know you don’t know who he is — because of who (specifically) he slaughtered, and white schools don’t teach that — so look him up — Leopold II.
Howard: *Deflects argument into something unrelated.
Very well said. We are ALL one kind. Brother Martin had A dream let’s all make it happen.
Right — Martin did have a dream — here it is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aBwKnnZN52U
Right, Martin did have a dream. Google “Martin Luther King, Coming To get our check.”
Its easy to have the courage to have a conversation when you’ve forced anyone who does not agree with you to resign. Totalitarians always fancy themselves as courageous when they fight the marketplace of ideas.
You have the right to your opinion, a right afforded you by our constitution. A right for which I served a decade in the military to protect. CRT teaches a basterdized, marxist/communist interpretation of American history. The theory was developed by two self proclaimed Marxist. Dispite this, I believe you have every right to teach this to your children, in your home. You do not, however, have the right to teach an ideology that goes against my beliefs tti my children. It is my job, and my right to teach my children my beliefs, my religion, and the true, unfiltered history of my country, which is not always as rosey as I was taught in school. In short… if you want to teach CRT… then you should get out of the education industry and start your own Marxist trading facility. You are not an appropriate instructor for America’s children.
IF we are “to teach children the true, unfiltered history of [this thoroughly racist, white-supremacist-based] country” — then we can NOT teach lies, such as, for example — teaching Black children in particular, much less your little, white darlings — that they should view people like George Washington as being an upstanding and outstanding U.S. citizen — as opposed to being the savage-like, slave-holding-oppressor that he WAS — right???
……And here is proof of Howard J Eagle being a racist dipshit with no morals
So, I’m a so-called “racist dipshit with no morals” — because I revealed that George Washington WAS a savage-like, slave-holding-oppressor??? Or, is there some other reason???

Why would I when you can’t defend your “points” without insults and racist slurs? Still living in your mothers basement?
What if the student has a different opinion from the hateful divisive rhetoric being promulgated by rich white liberals who have no compunctions in keeping blacks on the economic plantation depending on the government for handouts. Will they be banished from school also?
What if the student has a different opinion from the hateful divisive rhetoric being promulgated by rich white conservatives — who have no compunctions in keeping blacks on the economic plantation — depending on the pipedream that they can pull themselves up by their bootstraps (like Senator Tim Scott and Ms. Candace Owens SUPPOSEDLY did — even though the masses don’t even have boots. Will they be banished from school also?
“Rich white conservative”
Says the rich boy crying about perceived “oppression” all the while participating in the oppression of people he doesn’t like.
CRT does not belong in the schools Everyone has a right to their opinion as Jim says above Thanks to the constitution. If you want to teach your kids CRT you have the right But you do not have the right to teach my kid that. It is the job of parents to teach their kids they belief. Stay out of my home. if you believe in Marxist /communist Start learning either Russian or Chinese language and move there. See how you like it. Just because you are an educator does not make you any better or smarter. In fact you are the one that needs to exit.
Racist, Conservative Indoctrination, like slave-hold George Washington supposedly representing the so-called “father” of this thoroughly racist, white-supremacist-based nation-state, does not belong in the schools. Everyone has a right to their opinion as Jim says above Thanks to that rag of a constitution that defines Black folks as a fraction of a human being. If you want to teach your kids RCI you have the right But you do not have the right to teach my children that. Stay out of my home. If you believe in Washingtonian Racist Conservatism, move back to Europe. See how you like it. Just because you are white does not make you any better or smarter. In fact you are the one that needs to exit.
The country was founded by racists. Happy? It’s still not really relevant to the issue of how we deal with that fact today. It has to be dealt with, but your way (CRT) is not the only way. Egalitarianism and liberalism have merit, also.
“Move back to Europe” says supposed “anti-racist”
“Start learning either Russian ” -why Russian? Is there lots of communists these days, or communist party is still governing their country? What do you know about Russia at all?
I think, you can’t advice people , American citizens, to move away to China just because
you don’t like their ideas .In this particular case your not so smart response just give your opponent more fuel to defend his CRT ground….
BTW,I do not agree with what the author is trying to defend with his article. I live in this country for 20 years, and do not see any systemic racism or culture-based discrimination. I appreciate opportunity that this country presents to all immigrants. Poverty has nothing to do with racism or race-based lack of opportunity in this country. In order to succeed , children should learn not CRT or any other ideology at school, but rather math and since, perseverance and discipline . Being immigrant myself, and a father of two very successful children I have some expertise on the subject, I believe.
Yes, Washington was a slave owner, as were many other people at the time, in many countries, not just in the colony that later became the United States. And yes, in many countries, at different times, slaves were not black people or people of color. It is true, As is the fact, that Washington and other founding fathers created this country, that later abolished slavery, and set people free. Every country has it’s own dark times and great victories. I think America has more of the latter
Nothing in this world is more sad than the fact that we have delusional, hatefilled, racists such as yourself teaching our kids. YOU are what is most wrong in this world. Your hate against white people for something that happened eons ago (which black people were equally involved in – Africans enslaving Africans and then selling them) is pathetic. We all suffer from your ignorance and hate. It is YOUR words and the words of many like you which are doing the most harm to the world we live in. It is the rhetoric you spew which is dividing the people and causing more tension than ever. I hope you are ready for a race war, because many of us are. Not because we hate black people or want to go to war; but because we understand how devisive the message you preach is. Keep preaching your hate, keep dividing the people, keep brewing tension, keep white people armed.
I COULD NOT POSSIBLY AGREE MORE THAT (AS EVIDENCED BY YOUR THINLY VEILED, THREATENING COMMENTS — Nothing in this world is more sad than the fact that we have delusional, hate filled, racists such as yourself threatening Black women. YOU are what is most wrong in this world. Your hate against Black women and Black people for something that your low-down, dirty, rotten, rapist, savage-like ancestors created is disgusting (to say the very least). With regard to “Africans [so-called] enslaving Africans and then selling them” — that must be laid squarely at the feet of your low-down, dirty, rotten, rapist, savage-like ancestors. Had they NOT come to Africa hunting human flesh to use in every way imaginable — there would have been no buying and/or selling. Just like YOU, they are the most disgusting, savage-like specimens of so-called humans in the entire history of the modern world. We all suffer from your, and you savage-like ancestor’s ignorance and hate. It is YOUR words, and the words and DEEDS of many like you, which are doing the most harm to the world we live in. It is the rhetoric you spew which is dividing the people and causing more tension than ever (that’s because you are the off-spring of the worst dividers that the world has ever known).
Do you know any thing about the how the slave trade actually worked? And wasn’t it white religious conservatives who got rid of it? Asking for a friend
That is the dumbest, most hateful, bullshit I have read in my entire life. You can’t really have so much hate in you. I mean, that is some Adolf Hitler level talk.
Take your meds, Howard.
I dont have time to listen to your racist bullshit, nor do I care.
Is that your real hair? Or are you culturally appropriating?
Your race does not deserve anything over and above any other race. You do NOT dictate how things should be for other races. Also, you do not know what it’s like to be white so you have no authority or right to discuss the white race. You speak English and work for a Western institution? If you don’t like this culture, you must leave. Simple. If I moved to say Japan and found it was too Japanese or reflecting “Japanese Supremacy” well, no duh. It’s Japan. I wouldn’t expect them to teach their kids how bad it is to be Japanese. This is the USA. You don’t tell the USA how to change because you have a chip on your shoulder and want to profit off the backs of those who truly were slaves. If I was robbed by a black person, should I go around enforcing laws and telling people that all black people are robbers and should be punished? If not, what is the logic to disagree with that approach?
Spoilt, stupid, pretentious, overeducated, and inexperienced with life.
“…culturally appropriating?” How could that possibly be?
You are dead right — your race does not deserve anything over and above any other race. You do NOT (any longer — though you use to) dictate how things should be for other races. Also, you do not know what it’s like to be Black so you have no authority or right to discuss the Black race, including Ms. Dukes. It NEVER ceases to amaze me that the off-spring of the worst kidnapping-land-thieves in the history of the modern world are constantly telling folks that they “must leave” other people’s land. Indeed, this IS the thoroughly racist, white-supremacist-based USA, which is composed of the infrastructure that Ms. Dukes’ ancestors built with their bare, Black hands — for free (for centuries), which automatically gives her more right to be here than the off-spring of thieving European kidnappers and rapists. Clearly, you are the one who has a HUGE chip on your shoulder, and who wants to maintain the white supremacist reality that your low-down, dirty, rotten, no-good, thieving, rapist -ancestors established, but THOSE DAYS ARE GONE FOREVER. Also, clearly, you know NOTHING of “logic” — so just stop with the stupid, distorted, contorted, conflated would-be “analogies.” That is, they would be, or might be shaped into analogies — if you really understood logic, which we have already established — YOU DON’T.
Shut up racist, you are the last person to tell teachers that they should be fired over disagreeing with divisive propaganda being taught in schools that will have a negative impact on future generations. This is why Biden supporters should have some of their rights revoked because they abuse it at the cost of people more deserving of their rights.
“Go study” says mindless drone who only reads propaganda that fits his bias
I think crt is trash and should not be taught in schools. Ftr, not white your turn. Without race, you have nothing so of course you want to empower it
My only problem with the term “critical race theory” is tgat it really isn’t a theory. Slavery happened, racism is real, and why anyone thinks it’s ok to avoid teaching these things because it’s uncomfortable but true is beyond me.
If you want to engage students teach them curriculum that is rigorous and relevant to them – Black characters, authors, history, etc.
Slavery happened. Racism is real. CRT, however, is not so much a theory (or the belief that racism is real), but rather a framework with which to analyze the world. CRT makes an individual search for racism, oppression, and “white supremacy” in every interaction, system or structure (Robin D’Angelo famously said “the question is not IF racism happened, but HOW racism happened). One can believe racism is real and support the commendable efforts to fix and confront prejudice and discrimination without falling for the extreme belief that one can only fix racism by dismantling all of our society’s structures and systems. Likewise, one can teach children about racism by incorporating different perspectives from a wide range of black scholars and intellectuals without having to rely solely one theory/perspective (critical thought is not what the author of this article suggests). Why is this important to me? I don’t want my brown children to grow up believing that they are the perpetual victims of an inescapable system that is rigged against them. Just look at what Howard wrote here and you realize the anger and resentment such belief system breeds. Toxic!
The majority of the comments above highlight just what an uphill battle this is, showing just how entrenched white supremacy in education is. I’m a 35 year teacher whose first 3 years were 86-89 in Lesotho, Southern Africa. During apartheid. Botha got nothin on US. But some of us are on it – been using a decolonizing curriculum for 15 years, and the young people know bullshit when they see it. Change gonna come ~~
Maybe stop calling educated blacks “uncle toms” The ghetto black culture was appropriated from poor irish and english.
I agree that it is not a theory. It is factual history, lived and confirmed by all of our ancestors. All the comments above that equate CRT with beliefs are based in delusion and the lived experience of privilege. History can certainly be taught in the home but it must be taught in our schools. Not the history as it is usually written by victors that whitewashes the institution of slavery and the generational trauma it has always and continues to manifest.
White people (yes, that includes me), that does not mean it’s your fault. Don’t make it about you. It is about history and what that history has done to people who look differently than you do and who have never enjoyed the privilege that you enjoy whether you are rich or poor. If you leave your home and you don’t have to think about the possibility that you will be killed for no reason other than the color of your skin, the shape of your eyes, the religious clothing that you wear, that is a privilege in this world. We can never achieve Dr. King’s Dream without confronting and understanding the history that has led us to this day.
Labels like Marxism are red herrings in this discussion. This is not about government nationalizing and taking control of all means of production. It is not about dialectical materialism. If you think that Marxism means something other than that, your education is lacking. CRT is about systemic oppression of people based on superficial physical characteristics and the geographical origins of their ancestors. It is a vile reality that really happened, happens, and continues to reverberate to this day. To end it we must confront it, name it, and call it out for the immorality that it represents in our society. It happened. We must correct it and be better than that.
It is on all of us, not for individuals to believe or disbelieve. It’s hard work and beliefs require neither evidence nor effort. Facts, not beliefs, are what should inform our education.
Shut up totalitarian
” CRT is about systemic oppression of people based on superficial physical characteristics and the geographical origins of their ancestors.” – then I do not see how CRT is relevant in this country these days. In my 20 years living in US, working, raising children, I have not seen any organization or institution, that does it’s judgment about people based on his/her skin color or shape of their eyes. Seriously. It always was merit and behavior based. That’s why this country had black president, has k generals , senators, business owners and milliners of any race and origin.
I think real systemic racism in this country vanished time ago. And now some people are trying to resurrect the issue , , pursuing their career or political goals.
Institutional or systemic racism is not what you think it is. It is when people living in places like Flint, MI have to raise their children with polluted water carried in decaying lead pipes and there is no national effort to provide them with safe drinking water. It is a system under which education is primarily funded through property tax so that people living in poor neighborhoods do not have access to the same educational quality that people living in wealthy neighborhoods have. It is unequal treatment of Black and Brown people by law enforcement and the courts, leading to high rates of incarceration for offenses that white people walk from. It is worrying every time you go out if you are going to have an interaction with the police that will end with your death. It is not being qualified for a mortgage when the next white person with the same income and assets as you does get qualified. It is doctors not prescribing the same medications to you that they prescribe to white patients because there is an unconscious bias that Black people do not feel pain the same as white people. It is reflected in the higher rates of infant mortality and mortality of mothers during childbirth due to preeclampsia, high blood pressure, and other conditions that they do not get treatment for. It is all this and more. All you have to do is be aware of what is happening every day in this country to see the effects of institutionalized racism. The reason it is termed institutionalized is because it is built into the structures of institutions and does not even require the conscious decision of individuals to have a harmful effect on Black people in the United States of America.
Skiziskin is me, Chez. I don’t know why the cookies on my computer did not remember my login information. Oh well. I wanted to edit my reply to add that I am not even beginning to address the reality of generational effects of the dehumanization that slavery imposed on millions of families by removing the men from the family structure and which Jim Crow legislation and the war on drugs continue to this day through the unequal incarceration rates I mentioned above. The effects of slavery did not just evaporate with the Emancipation Proclamation. White leaders enacted laws that ended Reconstruction that ensured that Black families remained economically and structurally disadvantaged, in many locations to this day. You cannot just dismiss that with hand waving because you aren’t looking at it. It is real.
“Institutional or systemic racism is not what you think it is. It is when people living in places like Flint, MI have to raise their children with polluted water carried in decaying lead pipes and there is no national effort to provide them with safe drinking water….higher rates of infant mortality and mortality of mothers during childbirth..” I think what you’ve described is not racial problem. It is social problem of poverty. People, living in those conditions are poor/low income people. It still boils down to “HAVEs and HAVE-NOTS”, and that’s, maybe, why CRT adepts are often described as Marxist .
No one , though, forbids people to change the way they live, to educate themselves, to find better job, to move etc. It is not easy to achieve, but this is the only way out. I’ve seen many great examples of that.
I understand, that “the effects of slavery did not just evaporate with the Emancipation Proclamation”. The question is, then, how to distinct the effect of slavery from other causes of social problems you’ve described?
There are other social and ethnical groups that live with similar problems, who never was enslaved in this country.
As for doctors prescribing wrong medicine etc – again, this is more about income, I think, than about racism of any kind….
Schools, education districts, property tax – yes, they all are different. In free market economy people are free to buy whatever neighborhood they can afford, paying higher price and higher taxes. But in the same time, in my son’s high school ( public magnet school, with merit -based acceptance) majority of students are not white. So, again, effect of ethnicity on the quality of education is very complex, I think. Statistically ,perhaps, you may conclude, that black communities have not as good schools, as white communities. But causality of this has to do with income, not race.
Looks like vicious circle… There is only one way out – make the move yourself. Accept merits society applies, get out of poverty, move to better district etc. And it is opened to anybody in this country.
You fail to grasp that the reason the Black community suffers from greater poverty than other communities is because of the many structural inhibitions I have listed. Either that or you have another explanation. What is it?
Black community? Oddly, blacks from.other areas achieve far greater success as a group that native born. They are black. They must suffer from.some.of the same issues that are race applicable? And starting even further behind?
You just made my point. Think about it.
Lol, you point still fumbles.
Whoever made this authoritarian piece of shit drivel should be denied a job or pay.
True. She probably fancys herself to pictures of Mao Ze Dong and idolises him all day.
I heard that she once admitted to grooming some of her students while drunk.
Not to mention just a straight up abusive person.
I believe that CRT is a twisting of history and is self-serving. (1) All races have experienced racism–EVEN WHITES! Numerous books are available on Amazon telling about white slavery in the Middle East between 1500 and 1800. (2) Even blacks were slaveowners in the U.S.; thousands of blacks owned black slaves. (3) Slavery was considered to be just fine everywhere in the world during the 1600s and 1700s; it was only about 1800 that anti-slavery thought began in Britain and the U.S; and of course hundreds of thousands of lives were lost to eradicate it in the U.S.; in fact, as a percent of the population more lives were lost during the War Between the States that in all of our wars combined. (4) CRT is just the latest excuse to blame Black culture’s shortcomings on the White population. (5) 99.999% of all technology was developed by Whites; Blacks have culturally appropriated it. (6) There should be no REPARATIONS WITHOUT REPATRIATION; Blacks who despise being brought to the U.S. should be given reparations only if they agree to renounce their citizenship and be repatriated to a Black country. Ghana has advertised for Black Americans to relocate there.
Talk about “twisting of history.” Your post gives new meaning to the concept of “twisting.” Let me see if I have this straight — Black folks lag grossly behind in every major area of life (employment, housing, healthcare, education, etc.) — solely because of “Black culture’s shortcomings???” How ludicrous. It’s almost as ludicrous as the off-spring of savage-like, land-thieving-rapists — telling Black folks to “renounce their citizenship and be repatriated to a Black country.” ONLY AFTER YOU RETURN TO THE BARREN LANDS OF EUROPE.
More proof you are a racist dumbfuck. And I am not being defamatory, I am saying the truth.
As someone who isn’t white or black, I can say mine (and most people in my ethnic group) get more racist insults and drivel from blacks, more than whites it is not only blacks, but I would certainly say mostly. Also, they seem to always want to 1 up ya on the racial victimhood
CRT is just another marxist means of undermining a stable government and dividing the people to make way for hard socialism, and eventually, communism. It IS twisting historical facts to undermine the current political system, and make useful idiots out of the supposed aggrieved group to achieve their goal of governmental upheaval.. Never trust ANYTHING advocated for by Marxists. Communism is what they want…and it only brings mass death and misery. People who’ve escaped from Russia and China are telling is that variants of CRT is one of the ways it started. Maybe we should be listening to them. If we fall, nobody has anywhere to run to remain free. You vote your way into Communism, but you have to SHOOT your way OUT of it. How about we learn from ACTUAL history instead of made-up shit so we don’t keep making the same mistakes over and over?
Wow, talk about making shit up! Just because someone has read and understands Marx’s writing and can place historical facts in a framework of dialectical materialism does not make them a communist. Communism has only ever been implemented through violence, never through free and fair elections. And you are just whingeing because you’re terrified of the reality that white people will someday soon no longer be in the clear majority.
