“The people must know before they can act, and there is no educator to compare with the press.” – Ida B. Wells
The Black Wall St. Times is currently looking for more writers, interns, and volunteers.
We’ll be moving into an office space within the next few weeks and are looking for individuals who care about writing stories about the African American experience and making sure our stories are told as accurately possible.
It is important that we tell our stories from our perspective, so we aren’t stigmatized, and so that truth remains the only reality.
Lastly, we also accept opinion pieces on various topics as well.
We need volunteers who are interested in insuring our publication grows.
For more information on how to work with us or to submit an opinion piece contact Editor in Chief nehemiahfrank@theblackwallstreettimes.com
