TULSA, Okla. — Oklahoma residents who haven’t purchased a Remembering Black Wall Street license plate will be able to do at Lacy Park, 2134 N Madison Pl, Tulsa, OK, 74106, in north Tulsa on December 14, 2019, between 11 am and 4:45 pm.

Proceeds from the specially designed license plate will go into a reserve that will help fund Tulsa’s annual Juneteenth Festival.

Applicants will need to bring their current Oklahoma driver’s license, the license plate numbers for vehicles they wish to have the new Remembering Black Wall Street license plate on, and vehicle registration information for those vehicles.

Attendees may bring a check or money order for $40, which will pay for the $35 license plate and $5 shipping cost. Cash will not be accepted.

$25 goes directly to Tulsa’s annual Juneteenth Festival; $8 goes to the Oklahoma Tax Commission; $2 goes to the state’s Classroom Supply Fund.
