Dak Prescott, the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys, has had a civil suit filed against him by a woman he sued for extortion.
The woman claims the sexual assault happened in 2017 at the strip club. However, the incident has now been brought to light, after a report was filed. As a result, Dallas police began investigating the alleged sexual assault.
According to the woman, the incident occurred behind the SUV, following her leaving the bar with friends. The woman alleged, โItโs kind of embarrassing to be honest. But I didnโt ask for that. I didnโt ask for this to happen top me.โ
The womanโs lawyer believed Prescott’s extortion lawsuit was distracting from his unlawful actions. She stated, it was โa smokescreen to distract from the real topic that should be discussed. And that is that a rape was committed by Dak Prescott.โ
