Imagine this: Dolly Parton, the queen of country music, is totally excited about Beyoncé’s newest album, “Cowboy Carter,” also referred to as Act II: Cowboy Carter or simply Act II. Whelp, she is. Why? Because Queen Bey’s own version of Dolly’s famous song “Jolene” is featured.

It’s like a high-five between two superstars from different musical worlds. Ms. Carter’s collaboration with Ms. Parton is sparking excitement faster than Bey’s seemingly unintentional TEXAS HOLD ‘EM dance challenge.

Beyoncé’s new album has 27 songs and mixes country music with R&B or Beyonce-Music because Bey refuses to be placed in a box.

Nevertheless, Dolly Parton. The country music queen even told her fans to check out her original song while they wait for Beyoncé’s album to drop.

The world seemingly can’t wait for Bey’s new album, which is expected to drop on 3.29.2024. Fans of both iconic artists are especially excited to hear Beyoncé sing “Jolene.” So much so that there are either leaks or AI versions of the song swarming around the internet.

Dolly Parton had talked about looking forward to Beyoncé covering “Jolene,” thinking it would be on a country album. She said, “I love her!” showing how much she respects Beyoncé and how they’ve admired each other for years.
