TULSA, Okla. — The 4th Annual Black Wall Street Rally will roar into the historic Greenwood District from May 15–17, bringing motorcycles, music, and a message of Black economic power to the streets where Black Wall Street once thrived.
With the theme “Paving the Way Forward”, this year’s rally honors the deep legacy of resilience in Tulsa’s Greenwood neighborhood while carving space for economic growth, financial literacy, and cultural celebration.
From guided tours to live concerts, vendor markets, and community panels, the free, family-friendly event invites attendees from across the U.S. to engage with the story—and future—of Black Wall Street.

Festival rooted in culture, powered by community
Organizers have curated three days of history, horsepower, and healing—starting with a citywide meet & greet and comedy show on Thursday, May 15, and culminating with a headline concert on Saturday night featuring Zapp, JUBU Smith, and The PC Band.

Friday, May 16
- 7:00 p.m.: Black Wall Street Rally Golf Classic (Page Belcher Golf Course).
- 12:00–8:00 p.m.: Greenwood Street Festival with opening remarks by Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols and civic leaders.
Saturday, May 17
- 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.: Full-day Greenwood festival
- 12:00 p.m.: Expert-led panel on reclaiming Black economic power
- 2:00 p.m.: Day Party at Ruby Red
- 8:00 p.m.: Headliner concert at BMX Park
Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy Black Wall Street tours, line dancing, motorcycle audio battles, mechanical bull rides, and live performances ranging from Southern Soul to Top 40, R&B, and jazz.
Focused on economic power and ownership
Beyond the music and motorcycles, the rally takes aim at racial wealth disparities by offering panel discussions on Black entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Sessions will center on reclaiming ownership in Black communities and navigating the Black business ecosystem—two pillars of the rally’s long-term impact goals.
The event’s mission is to uplift Greenwood’s legacy while driving new economic opportunities for local businesses and residents.
