From Oklahoma City to Broken Arrow, organizers and residents are hitting the streets this Saturday as part of “No Kings Day,” a national protest movement aimed at rejecting the authoritarianism and uplifting grassroots power.
Demonstrators are calling out President Donald Trump’s “strongman politics” and renewed threats to democratic institutions, from gerrymandered districts to anti-immigrant policies and voter suppression.

No Kings protest
Participants are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue, bring signs, and speak out for immigration justice, voting rights, and true representation. Organizers say they are building a coalition to push back against creeping authoritarianism and demand policies that serve all people.
Law enforcement visibility is expected to be high, especially in OKC and Tulsa. But protest leaders emphasize the events are peaceful, patriotic, and people-powered.
