OKLAHOMA CITY — One of Oklahoma’s most vibrant celebrations of Black liberation is back. From June 19–21, Juneteenth on the East returns for its fifth year, turning Oklahoma City’s historic Eastside into a three-day cultural movement powered by art, fashion, wellness and resistance.
Organized by WithLove OKC, the free, all-ages event is expected to draw over 15,000 people this year, cementing its role as a pillar of Black celebration and community strength in the heart of Oklahoma.
“Juneteenth on the East isn’t just a festival—it’s a movement,” said WithLove OKC founder, rapper and business owner Jabee Williams. “We started this to bring joy, healing, and opportunity to our community, and five years later, we’re still growing, still celebrating, and still fighting for liberation in creative and beautiful ways.”
